The 15202ST is the modern reincarnation of the original 1972 Royal Oak Jumbo — same 39mm Genta-designed case, same ultra-thin Calibre 2121 movement, same integrated bracelet philosophy. Audemars Piguet retired the 15202 reference at SIHH 2022, replaced by the 16202 with Calibre 7121. The 15202ST therefore represents the last steel Jumbo with the storied Cal. 2121, and its position in the secondary market is now structurally fixed.
This particular example was single-owner from new, kept lightly worn, and arrives with full set: original certificate of origin, papers, AP folding box, polishing cloth. The case is unpolished — Genta's octagonal bevels intact, the alternating brushed-and-polished surfaces still showing original geometry. Bracelet end-links original, stretch within tolerance for the production year. The blue Petite Tapisserie dial is faultless under macro: no oxidation, no print degradation, applied indices and AP signature unmoved.
A 15202ST in a condition that anchors what the discontinued-steel Royal Oak market actually means in 2026.
