Every watch we sell passes a documented twelve-point intake protocol in our Geneva atelier, signed off by a named watchmaker. The protocol covers serial verification, movement inspection, parts originality, polish and case-geometry grading, water-resistance testing, six-position timegrapher results, service-history review, papers verification, stolen-database cross-reference, and final sign-off. For vintage and complicated references, an independent external specialist conducts a second review. The full protocol report becomes part of your collector dossier.
Three remedies in writing. Full refund if the watch is ever proven counterfeit, no time limit. Buyback or make-whole if a piece is materially misrepresented in our condition report. Most watches in our care are pre-owned, ranging from never-worn full-set examples to vintage references with documented history. Each watch is graded on a published 1-to-10 scale across case, dial, movement, and bracelet stretch, with explicit polish status (unpolished, lightly polished, polished, over-polished) and service-need flags. We do not use vague terms like "excellent" or "mint" — numbers, not adjectives.
Each price includes the watch, the full collector dossier, the written lifetime authenticity guarantee, worldwide insured shipping, and a seven-day post-delivery inspection window. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and depend on the destination country.
Watches are shipped fully insured worldwide via specialist carrier, with signature required and named-recipient delivery. For European destinations, transit is typically two to four working days. For Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, three to six working days. Delivery in Geneva or Dubai by appointment is available on request, including hand-delivery at our offices.
Yes. Funds are held by a direct-settlement protocol for seven calendar days from delivery (longer windows available for vintage or complicated references). During this window, the buyer can authenticate independently or reject the watch. If rejected, the funds are returned in full. Read the full settlement process on our trust page.
We do not offer financing directly. Payment is by bank transfer, corporate or private card, or cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT) through a regulated digital-asset settlement partner. The watch is held in our custody until the inspection window closes and the buyer signs written acceptance. For exceptional pieces, we can introduce buyers to specialist watch-finance providers in Switzerland and the United Kingdom on request.
By appointment at our Geneva atelier (Place du Molard 5, 1204 Genève). Dubai viewings can be arranged with two weeks' notice. Watches can also be sent on approval to verified buyers, against a refundable deposit.
